Virtual Resilience Coaching for College Students

I offer one-on-one virtual Resilience Coaching for college students under Design Meets Mind, LLC, a mental health and well-being practice. College life can challenge not only academic skills, but also emotional and personal resilience. Through individualized coaching, I help students manage stress, navigate setbacks, and maintain a healthy balance between their academic pursuits and overall wellness. I use a strengths-based approach to help students build sustainable habits and nurture their sense of purpose so that they can move through their college years with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
