We are empowering college students to work through
self-defeating thoughts on the way to their degree.

The Onward, Undergrad! Initiative, based on Dr. Marcus T. Wright’s book Onward, Undergrad! How to Crush Self-Defeating Thoughts in College, hosts workshops for pre-college and college students on using Dr. Wright’s G.R.A.C.E. method to work through self-defeating thoughts such as “I don’t belong here” or “I’m an imposter.”
We have collaborated with:
The Inaugural Greater Philadelphia College Resilience Award presented by Onward, Undergrad!
Recipient: Markee Marshall, Cheyney University Class of ’26
